So far, I have almost been on Polyvore for 2 years. And those 2 years have been amazing. I've learned to express myself more with fashion and pair properly to look nice. Although I want all of Polyvore in my closet, this site has helped me pick out item from the store, which I get complimented on all the time.
 
On Poly, I make preppy sets mainly because my magazine sets don't compare to other people's sets. One of my real life friends have taken off on Poly and has over 2,000 followers with amazing mag sets. She's not the one that mentioned Poly to me, but another Poly friend did. I have to thank her for getting me to sign up and now have 500+ followers. I owe every thing to her.
 
When I had about 250 followers, I decided to take a break from fashion sets and get into icons/tips. My icon account has been around for 9 months and has gained 500+ followers. That account helped me gain followers, too.
I joined a few battle groups on Poly, too. Once I joined Alpha Academy, I really tried on my sets. Even though the group had to end short due to the mod leaving, I felt like a winner and I'm proud of my achievement.
 
Poly has really opened my eyes and I'm glad I found this site!

Why do you want to join?: Recently, I left Polyvore for a little while to make my icon account more popular. Meanwhile, my sets were ignored and weren't getting as much attention as usual. I think this group could help me get back on track with my fashion sets!
